i have two company logos here as jpg.

both have background and r in ugly colors.

i need em both with transparent background, the logo itself in simple black.
as vektor and as jpg.

cud anyone do that for me or atleast gets what i mean ?

- cud u try to get them kind of "sharper"?
- cud u erase that "Der Spezialis" on the redpoint one, dont need that part

is .png a vector or pixel file?

 If you have enough experience in Paint.. then Yes.. and then I am referring to people who make speed paintings.

But if you only can draw a stick man in paint, you have no idea what it is like to make a logo.
